Now that most of the equipment is in the studio space. It is time to hang up some acoustic panels.
As suspected, pre made panels are way easier to hang up. With the DIY PANELS made back in the last year. I also learned a lot from these panels. I used to heavy of a wood in the DIY ones, it is essential to have a wood back, and do ones i made do a pretty close job to these panels.
The sound in the space the were installed has changed immensely. These are the best investment any person can make when it comes to buying gear.
Don't skip out on the panels. Gear is really expensive right now anyways, what a better way for you to save some money on expensive gear than buying a set of these panels. Plus you can save even more money if you record with us, we've got the panels (and gear) already. No echos or unwanted reverb when recording. The sounds don't bounce everywhere when mixing. Obviously there is never a perfect solution to how to set up a room.
I have other things to set up, like clouds. Just need to figure how much space is left. Since the cloud panels hang from the ceiling and a fan is in the room. Not sure, if they would be a great or safe fit. Luckily we don't have to bombard the space with acoustic panels, we don't want a completely dead room.
Having these in my space gives more confidence in offering services for music production to other artists. This really honed the studio in look and sound. Linus Tech Tips teased some acoustic panels that are collapsible, hopefully in the near future they are a thing. The sound of the room you use is often overlooked and yet it so vital to making a good song sound great.
The adventure is not over yet, there are still more studio updates to come. And I hope you come along for the journey. Don't miss out and subscribe today.
